Do you need to get your home sold NOW? Are there crucial deadlines that need to be met? If you can't afford to waste time on the market for any reason, take advantage of this guarantee (some restrictions apply). If you meet the requirements for this program, your home will be sold within 60 days or I will reduce my commission $100 per day down to $10.
1. Does not apply to vacant land or mobile homes.
2. Three comparable properties must have sold in the area within 30 days prior.
3. Home must be priced within average of comparable homes.
4. All necessary repairs, cleaning and full access is required before guarantee period begins as evidence by lockbox being placed on the property.
5.'SOLD' is defined as having received an offer within 5% of listed price.

Purchasing a home is an important decision that affects your life in many ways. With such a large step there is bound to be some level of hesitation. If within six months of moving in you don't love your new home, I will get your home sold and completely waive my listing commission.
1. Guarantee period begins on the date of possession and ends on the date six months afterward.
2. The waived Listing Commission does not include any closing costs or other seller's expenses including but not limited to a sales commission, if applicable.
